As Founder and Managing Director of Dimarcorp Group, he has led major acquisitions, including an $85 million aged care and disability deal and worked with providers to enhance financial sustainability, operational performance, and leadership capability.
With a background in senior executive roles, Joe has firsthand experience navigating industry challenges during periods of rapid growth and change. For over a decade, he has advised care providers on strategic planning, governance, financial management, and compliance, helping them build strong, sustainable organisations.

Mark Schneider
Clinical Director & Founder of Lift Less Solutions
Mark, an experienced Allied Health Professional with over 37 years in Aged Care, Community Care, and NDIS, is the facilitator of Dimarcorp Academy’s Manual Handling in a Healthcare Setting course. With a strong clinical background and deep understanding of compliance, he ensures providers meet safety standards while delivering high-quality care.
Starting in sports medicine, a career shift in 1994 led him to Aged Care, where he developed a passion for improving care standards. As founder of BodyRight Health Care, he has built trusted systems that guarantee compliance and enhance provider confidence.
Mark’s expertise in manual handling training is backed by hands-on experience working with Facility Managers, Clinical Coordinators, and Operations Teams.
As a facilitator at Dimarcorp Academy, Mark is committed to delivering practical, engaging, and compliance-focused training that gives providers confidence in their manual handling procedures. His goal is to empower healthcare professionals to create safer workplaces while maintaining high-quality care for their clients.

Osteopath | Manual Handling Specialist
Andy Le, an experienced osteopath and team leader at Lift Less, is the facilitator of Dimarcorp Academy’s Manual Handling in a Healthcare Setting course. With a strong focus on aged care and community care, he is dedicated to improving the well-being of both healthcare professionals and their clients through safe and effective manual handling practices.
His holistic approach to movement and injury prevention ensures that training goes beyond compliance, it empowers providers with practical skills to reduce strain, prevent injuries, and enhance workplace safety. Working alongside industry leaders, Andy has developed tailored strategies that support aged care and disability providers in meeting best practice standards.

Nikoletta Neal
NN Accountability Director & Senior Accountant
Nikoletta is a seasoned Xero expert with a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting. Holding a Master’s in Professional Accounting from Central Queensland University, she transitioned from QuickBooks to become a certified Xero advisor, recognising the power of cloud-based platforms.
With experience as a Xero trainer in Sydney and later as the founder of NN Accountability, she has specialised exclusively in Xero since 2014. As a Gold Champion Xero Advisor, she provides expert training, integrations, setup/conversion, and ongoing support.
Her passion lies in helping businesses, especially in the care industry, streamline payroll and financial management with Xero. She equips aged care, disability, and child care providers with the knowledge and tools to optimise payroll processes, ensure compliance, and improve financial efficiency.
