Daisy is a highly experienced HR Business Partner with over 15 years across the pharmaceutical manufacturing, IT business consulting, and financial services sectors. Known for her ability to build strong connections, she brings clarity, structure, and meaningful purpose to organisations undergoing growth or change. Daisy's expertise spans consulting and advisory across the entire employee lifecycle, including the design, delivery, and evaluation of onboarding, technical, and soft skills training programs.

Over the years, she has led cross-functional HR initiatives, guided teams and line managers through complex organisational transformations, and played a key role in shaping people strategies that align with business goals.  Her strong leadership background is underpinned by her ability to influence at all levels of the business, foster high-performing cultures, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices. Daisy is deeply committed to developing relevant and adaptable HR solutions that empower both organisations and individuals to reach their full potential.

Consultant & Mentor

Gabriel Albuquerque is a consultant and mentor with international experience across finance, advisory, and aged care. As Consulting Operations Manager at Dimarcorp Group, he leads a team supporting emerging home care and residential providers through successful applications and grant processes. Known for making complex requirements accessible, Gabriel blends strategic insight with a strong people focus.

He is currently completing a Master of Business at Griffith University, where he also mentors students and has received several academic and leadership awards. As moderator of the ACAP101 course, Gabriel brings clarity, energy, and a practical mindset to help new providers build confident and compliant aged care businesses.
