Joseph Dimarco is the Managing Director of Dimarcorp Group. An Accountant by profession, Joseph has played a pivotal role in enhancing the operations of Aged Care and NDIS businesses, with a strong focus on financial stewardship and accountability.

With a proven track record in education and leadership, Joseph has delivered training to over 3,000 aged care and disability sector Board Members, Managers, and staff. He is dedicated to supporting both for-profit and not-for-profit providers in achieving their financial and organisational goals, empowering them to operate sustainably while fulfilling their mission.

HR Business Partner

Daisy is a highly experienced HR Business Partner with over 15 years across the pharmaceutical manufacturing, IT business consulting, and financial services sectors. Known for her ability to build strong connections, she brings clarity, structure, and meaningful purpose to organisations undergoing growth or change. Daisy's expertise spans consulting and advisory across the entire employee lifecycle, including the design, delivery, and evaluation of onboarding, technical, and soft skills training programs.

Over the years, she has led cross-functional HR initiatives, guided teams and line managers through complex organisational transformations, and played a key role in shaping people strategies that align with business goals.  Her strong leadership background is underpinned by her ability to influence at all levels of the business, foster high-performing cultures, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices. Daisy is deeply committed to developing relevant and adaptable HR solutions that empower both organisations and individuals to reach their full potential.

Chief Operating Officer

Fady Soliman is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience spanning Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and organizational growth. Holding a degree in HR from the University of Sydney, he has built a career on connecting people, culture, and strategy to unlock business performance.

As Chief Operating Officer at Dimarcorp Academy, and across the broader Dimarcorp Group, Fady drives operational excellence and strategic growth initiatives. He develops learning frameworks and workforce solutions that prepare aged care and healthcare providers for reform, equipping leaders and teams to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. By blending deep sector knowledge with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies, he is shaping the future of aged care education, workforce planning, and professional development.

Operations Director

With nearly a decade of experience in the medical industry, Severino specialises in digital marketing, content strategy, and data-driven insights. Holding a Master’s in Marketing Advanced, his diverse background across multiple business and marketing roles has sharpened his ability to deliver measurable results, drive brand visibility, and create meaningful engagement. With a passion for innovation and excellence, Severino continues to help businesses elevate their presence and achieve sustainable success.
