As Chief Operating Officer at Dimarcorp Academy, and across the broader Dimarcorp Group, Fady drives operational excellence and strategic growth initiatives. He develops learning frameworks and workforce solutions that prepare aged care and healthcare providers for reform, equipping leaders and teams to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. By blending deep sector knowledge with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies, he is shaping the future of aged care education, workforce planning, and professional development.

HR Business Partner

Daisy is a highly experienced HR Business Partner with over 15 years across the pharmaceutical manufacturing, IT business consulting, and financial services sectors. Known for her ability to build strong connections, she brings clarity, structure, and meaningful purpose to organisations undergoing growth or change. Daisy's expertise spans consulting and advisory across the entire employee lifecycle, including the design, delivery, and evaluation of onboarding, technical, and soft skills training programs.

Over the years, she has led cross-functional HR initiatives, guided teams and line managers through complex organisational transformations, and played a key role in shaping people strategies that align with business goals.  Her strong leadership background is underpinned by her ability to influence at all levels of the business, foster high-performing cultures, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices. Education Assistant

Margarita is an experienced professional with over 18 years of experience in customer service, technical support, sales, quality assurance, and operations. Throughout her career, she has taken on a variety of roles that have honed her skills in client relations, team leadership, and process improvement. Her background spans both front-line and back-office operations, reflecting her adaptability and well-rounded expertise.

In her current role as Education Assistant at Dimarcorp Academy, Margarita supports virtual learning environments by ensuring participants remain engaged, organized, and confident throughout their webinars. She provides real-time technical and learner support to deliver a seamless and effective online experience. Recognized for her dedication to service excellence and operational efficiency, Margarita continues to make a meaningful impact in both educational and customer-focused settings across multiple industries.

Junior Administrative Assistant

Lila joined Dimarcorp Group in February 2025 and is building her career in consulting while completing her university studies. She supports the Consulting team with ACAP applications, business planning, and policy development, contributing fresh ideas and a strong commitment to quality.

Passionate about developing her skills in aged care and business services, Lila is eager to grow within the sector and make a meaningful impact through her work.
