I’m Joe Dimarco, Founder and Managing Director of Dimarcorp Group. With 20 years of experience across all areas of the care sector, including aged care, disability care, child care, and home care, I’ve gained invaluable insights into the operational and strategic challenges faced by providers. My background in senior leadership roles and as a consultant allows me to deliver practical and tailored solutions to the complex issues care providers face today.

At Dimarcorp, my team and I work closely with care providers to improve their operations, ensure financial sustainability, and strengthen governance and leadership. We help clients navigate the complexities of funding models, ensure compliance with regulations, and build resilient, high performing teams. Our focus is on empowering providers to deliver the highest quality care, supporting them to thrive in a sector that is constantly evolving.

I'm an experienced leader in the aged care industry, committed to strengthening the skills and knowledge of those who care for our older Australians. My focus is on building ethical, trust-based relationships with care providers across the, allied health, home care, residential care, childcare and retirement living sectors because I understand the complexities of the industries and the critical role that well-trained professionals play in delivering exceptional care.

As a skilled strategist and communicator, I specialise in developing education and training initiatives that equip careers and industry professionals with the expertise, confidence, and qualifications to uphold the highest standards. My commitment to quality training is about fostering a workforce that is knowledgeable, capable, compliant and deeply attuned to the needs of the elderly. Through my leadership, I strive to drive meaningful improvements in the sector, ensuring better outcomes for both carers and those they support.

Natalie Kerr

Operations Manager

I’m Natalie, Operations Manager at Dimarcorp. With a strong background in administration, recruitment, and finance, I ensure the seamless day to day operations of our organisation. Problem solving and attention to detail are at the core of my approach, allowing me to support both our team and clients effectively.

Before transitioning into operations, I spent nearly eight years as a broadcast journalist after earning my degree in Journalism and Media. This experience sharpened my communication and organizational skills, which I now apply to driving efficiency and structure within Dimarcorp.

I'm passionate about continuous improvement and creating streamlined processes that enable our team to deliver high-quality outcomes for the care sector.
