This course provides a practical overview of the Australian Government’s Support at Home program, helping providers understand its key objectives, implementation, and transition from existing aged care models. Led by industry expert Joseph Dimarco, participants will gain practical knowledge to navigate the new framework, understand financial impacts, and support effective service delivery.

Designed for aged care providers and staff, this training builds the knowledge and confidence needed to deliver safe, high-quality, consumer-centred support at home in line with the Aged Care Act and the requirements of the Support at Home program.
