Major reforms are on the horizon for the aged care sector, and this workshop is designed to help leaders prepare for what’s coming. With the introduction of the new Aged Care Act and strengthened Quality Standards, providers will need to adapt their Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes to meet higher expectations for accountability, governance, and consumer outcomes.
