Support Worker Training Bundle
Strengthen the clinical knowledge and frontline capability of support staff in aged and community settings Each workshop is delivered onsite, allowing content to be customised to align with the provider’s internal policies, procedures, and specific areas of focus.

Course Overview
Our Support Worker Training Bundles are designed to strengthen the clinical knowledge and frontline capability of support staff delivering care in aged and community settings. These full-day, in-person workshops offer a mix of theory, practical demonstration and real-world application to ensure safe, competent, and confident support delivery. In aged and community care, support workers play a vital role in daily resident interactions — often noticing changes before anyone else. As the frontline of care delivery they are in a unique position to spot early signs of deterioration or risk. However, without the right training, these signs can be overlooked, misunderstood, or not confidently reported. Our Support Worker Training Bundles equip support staff with the practical knowledge and observational skills needed to identify and respond to changes during everyday care routines. From recognising skin integrity issues while assisting with hygiene, to observing changes in elimination patterns or behaviour, this program builds clinical awareness in the moments that matter most.
