Course Overview
The Leadership Fundamentals program explores the differences between managers andleaders and encourages each participant to evaluate their own leadership style. It will alsotackle how Myers-Briggs Type Indicator translates to the workplace and for better understanding and improvement in work relationships with colleagues and staff. The program also identifies and describes the 12 most common traps managers find themselves in and discusses techniques to both reverse the behaviour and avoid returning to it in the future. This program aims to increase operational performance, efficiency, team culture, and profitability through strong leadership.
